• Check the venue’s contractor rules and move-in/move-out schedule — these affect build timelines more than people expect.
• Confirm what’s included in your space (shell scheme, power, basic furniture) versus what you need to bring or build.

Designing the Stand

• Decide whether a custom-built or modular stand fits your budget and how often you plan to exhibit.
