We provide exhibition stand design and build, event management and production, and corporate event and brand activation services as described on this website. The exact scope of work for each project is confirmed with the client in advance through a written proposal or project agreement.

Proposals & Bookings

A project is confirmed once the scope of work, design direction, timeline, and pricing have been agreed in writing between the client and our team. Given the lead times involved in design and fabrication, we recommend confirming bookings as early as possible ahead of your event or show dates.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that event dates, venues, and briefs can change. Clients are asked to notify us as early as possible of any changes or cancellations, as work already committed to design, fabrication, or venue bookings may affect what can be adjusted without additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue, space, and timeline information, and for securing any permissions or permits that fall outside our scope of work. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect project timelines.

Liability

We take reasonable care in the design, fabrication, and on-site management of every project. Any concerns about a stand, build, or event should be raised with us promptly so we can address them. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party venues, contractors, or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, drawings, and visualisations produced during a project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are provided for the purpose of the specific project only.
