How far in advance should we book?
+The earlier the better, particularly for custom-built stands and larger events, since design, fabrication, and venue logistics all take time. As a general rule, reach out as soon as you have a confirmed date and space, even if the brief isn’t finalised yet.
Do you handle full turnkey builds, or just design?
+Full turnkey. One in-house team handles concept design, 3D visualisation, fabrication, installation, event-day support, and dismantle, so nothing gets lost between separate vendors.
What size stands do you build?
+Everything from a compact shell-scheme upgrade to a large custom double-storey build, plus modular and reusable systems for businesses that exhibit regularly.
Which UAE venues do you work with?
+We work across the UAE’s major exhibition centres and event venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and understand the contractor rules and logistics specific to each.
Can you handle both an exhibition stand and a corporate event?
+Yes. Many clients combine a stand with a launch, hospitality event, or conference around the same show. We plan and produce both as one project.
What’s included in event-day support?
+A member of our team on hand while your stand or event is live, to manage the space, handle anything that comes up, and coordinate a clean dismantle afterwards.
Can a stand be reused for multiple shows?
+Yes. We design modular and reusable stand systems specifically for businesses that exhibit at more than one show a year, to make repeat use straightforward.
How does pricing work?
